The build is paid in advance. The monthly plan has a 12-month minimum. Your domain is registered in your name and paid for separately, usually about £5 to £15 a year for a .co.uk.
Questions care providers ask
How long does it take?
Your homepage is ready to review in about a week. Most sites go live about two weeks after our first call.
Who writes the words?
We draft them from your current website, your CQC report and our call. You check and approve every word before anything goes live.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo if you have one, any photos you’d like to use, and 15 minutes on a call. We take care of everything else.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We never touch your email settings, so your email carries on exactly as it is.
Do I own my website?
Your domain is always registered in your name, and your words and photos are yours. If you already have a domain, you keep it.
What counts as a small change?
Updating a service, adding a job, changing opening hours or swapping a photo. For bigger work, like a new section, we agree a price with you first.
