Who we are

Sites for Care builds and looks after websites for care providers. Sites for Care is a trading name of Ahmed Gaiye, who is responsible for your data. You can contact us at hello@sitesforcare.com.

What we collect

When you fill in our form, we collect your name, your phone number, the name of your care service and, if you give it, your email address. When you email us, we have your email address and whatever you write.

Why we use it

Only to call or email you back about a website, and to keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Form messages are sent to our inbox by Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Our email is provided by Google. Both may process data outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together and then as long as the law requires for our accounts.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email hello@sitesforcare.com. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
